Our Process

Once you submit your resume, we will follow-up with a phone call if your background and experience meet our clients’ requirements. From there we can schedule a phone interview and then a personal interview if necessary, to determine if the opportunity is a good fit. We will guide you through the interview process if necessary and follow-up with feedback from the client. Sometimes there may be multiple interviews over a period of weeks while the client makes their final decision, and we are available to help you through this process.
